I loved filling in ‘Mediation, prayer, reading, writing’ ... nice to put in a little morning prayer or a ‘saying’ you just read on your email or FB. It made me look at: “my intention “ for the day - even though I am retired, during COVID. In the evening it is very cool to fill in “Evening Journal” as it made me think and reflect on ‘what I am grateful for/ and reflection of the day’, as well as putting in an evening prayer or saying I saw during the day in BedTime Ritual. I used this as my ‘journal of thoughts, feelings, events, reflections, future plans, thoughts, sorrows, goals, enjoyments, disappointments, etc. I guess I ‘journaled’ , as usually I have very few ‘time’ commitments. This was a very freeing and useful daily writing for ME/MY DAY/MY BEING. Thinking back of my daily life as a teacher, having meetings and raising four kids, I can see how the ‘times’ would have be very helpful.
