What to Expect...
Benefits of Thrive for Teachers
Tools to Take Home
Thrive for Teachers is a program that we hope will raise teachers’ awareness and understanding regarding key concepts of one’s physical and emotional health and to provide support and encouragement in recognizing that they are not alone.
The primary goal is to improve one’s emotional fitness.
Self-knowledge is important for one central reason: it offers us a route to greater happiness and fulfillment.
We can pay a high price for not really understanding ourselves and our personalities. We make better choices in relationships, manage money better, avoid conflict, and be more successful in life overall!
Building a solid foundation of self-worth is paramount to achieving what we want out of our life. And It starts with you! In this work you will uncover and break through the barriers that keep you from being who you want to be.
Our goal is that this course will provide you with an opportunity to become self-aware and build renewed faith, courage, humility, and self-compassion so that you can begin the process of developing your life’s blueprint!

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
“Throughout the course we were given homework, short but thought-provoking, and then asked to share it with the other group members in the next class. Listening to each other’s comments we worked together as a group to encourage each other, to tell our own stories, we brainstormed to help others, and it was all done in a safe, respected environment. We developed a bond, if only for a short time because we were an in this together and trying to help each other move on. The mental health aspects were quite new to me and Lynn presented them well! She is incredibly competent and her expertise is amazing. I know it helped me to delve into thoughts I hadn't known how to tackle before. I consider myself a very practical person and the area of self-confidence a blurred one. Lynn gave us techniques and questions that made those gray areas easier to handle.”
“One of the best parts of this was the group concept, seeing other teachers admitting they were in the same predicament, teachers I have always respected, showing that they too needed help. I have taught for 30 years and this was my year… I needed help! I wasn't the only one in this predicament either. It was surprising, reassuring and rewarding. It was wonderful, a relief, to find out that I wasn't the only one experiencing difficulties!”
